Before luxury towers and boutique hotels, Innovi Furnishings was built on the belief that every community deserves quality — not just those at the top of the market. Our earliest projects were in multifamily affordable housing, workforce housing, and community development programs across the eastern seaboard.
That work shaped everything we are. The operational rigor required to furnish a 200-unit affordable housing development on a compressed budget and timeline is the same discipline that makes us exceptional partners on a 400-unit luxury tower today.
We still take on these projects selectively, and we are proud to. It is not a footnote in our story — it is the foundation of it. Our MBE certification and experience with Live Local Act, LIHTC, and HUD programs remains active and current.
